Fail to validate Installation

This error appears when turning mods on, it wont let me install them either. (yes it shows the wrong path) However, if i press play in the Manager, it starts the game over steam just fine I cant find any setting to change the path manually, am i missing something? Never manually moved the game, only over steam a while back, steam has the path and it works normally

Check the Server Manager menu in SMM and delete the unknown entries
