Fps drops down to like 150-170 when lots of abilities but it feels like 50 fps

which (according to other benchmarks i've seen) should be getting me double my frames but i'm only getting like 200-300

and i looked up benchmarks
and i should be getting like 500 fps in comp with this duo
but it's like 200-300 and drops down to like 150 when lots of abilities r around

Even tho you get 500 fps it will cap at your hz

i know but it gives my the idea my pc isn't performing well
as well as it should be
and valorant just feels like shit when it goes below 200 fps

so i downloaded them

i also did a fresh driver uninstaller with ddu, that did nothing
no it's been doing this for ages
and it's making me lose fights especially when i'm pushing site and so many things r happening
it's like going from being on 144hz to it randomly switching to 60hz mid fight
then goes back to normal
