Items from Mods not added mid Game

Hey, I tried installing a few mods to my game, to make things interesting. But a lot of Items have not been added in an existing Savegame. e.g. A screenshot is the already existing savegame and the other is when starting a new savegame. I don't want to start my 200 hrs world from the beginning. Is there a fix?

Did you check the HUB in the existing save?
