Isn't this supposed to be a square planar and not tetrahedral?

Sir cause I'd thought whenever there are 4 SFL attached to metal cation, the splitting should be square planar? And yaha par splitting be square planar Kari h na that's why. Sorry maybe thoda conceptually weak hu mai

all good dw about all that :) safe space hai kuch bhi poocho this sfl and wfl business ki poori picture electronic config se hoti hai if it is dsp2 then it would be square planar if it is sp3 then tetrahedral since d koi khali hi nahi hai, it becomes sp3 also ioc is annoying, esp cu things, ye sab padhne ke baad exceptions aa jate hain something random called sp2d etc but dw about it if you are preparing for jee main ya neet :D
