Game freezes upon opening

I opened val up today and it’s just frozen on the title screen. The “Riot games” is faded, it’s frozen, and it’s driving me crazy because i’ve done everything in the book to fix this issue. still nothing. It’s been over 2 hours please help 😭🙏🙏🙏
