i got falsely banned
i woke up today and when i went onto riot it told me i had been permantly suspended for 3rd party tools that give me an unfair advantage, ive never cheated in valorant and im pretty new to the game so this came as a shock to me, i did some research and found out people had been banned for other software running in the background, i think this is what happened to me because i run a macro for a game called " sols rng" on roblox sometimes when i play, i started to spend time and money on this game and now it already gone, please help me

same thing just happened to me.
good luck the only thing the staff do is tell you to make a ticket and then make a bot reply to you and give no assistance
good change the anti picked ur macro up and detected it happens and its unfortunate just dont use those programs while playing goodluck on the ticket
The only problem with my situation I wasn't using them. They won't unban cause their support has no actual reasoning

same happened to me and one more guy, i talked with him and he said after around 6-7 days he got unbanned was some security issue. Hope you will be unbanned aswell. Im waiting for reply 4days ago but they just keep updating my ticket ^^
all i did: changed my cpu,ram,motherboard and my monitor from 144hz to 360hz from 150 fps to 500fps. crazy

i only got hwid banned and it was due to a faulty os or sum with my ssd
Fr though, I went back and forth for a while I provided evidence of what I I using and how it had nothing to do with valorant or cheating and they still said that they didn’t change their mind because I was cheating even though I gave evidence and offered to give more
Terrible Support Team and it seems like they don’t even care about their community the only reasoning it has was that Vanguard picked it up
Exactly, I provided evidence, showed the time showed what I was using which had had nothing to do with valorsnt and they still said that their decision was final. They consistently said if you have anything else to say it could help yet nothing changes
