Usually when you redeem a prepaid gift card on a console, navigate to the "Store" section on your console, then select the option to "Redeem Code" and enter the unique code printed on your gift card.

Well I have a prepaid valorant card
For val click on valorant points and there should be a section for prepaid cards and codes, does it let you do that?
