SMM cant uninstall SM2 because it was installed on a drive no longer in the pc.
I've tried removing all the files in both local and roaming, but the install still fails

Try uninstalling SMM2 from the Windows Settings (Add or remove programs) or Windows Control Panel

That's because it detects the previous SMM2 install, so it tries to update it
If uninstalling SMM2 from the settings or control panel still doesn't work, install a version of SMM2 (https://github.com/satisfactorymodding/SatisfactoryModManager/releases/tag/v2.9.3) such that there is something valid to uninstall
