Idk what to do

im writing this message because i don’t know what to do and im very anxious about the situation
Yesterday, i find on my account a message saying that i was banned from the game for cheating. The thing is, i have never cheated on valorant or on any type of game !
I’m B1 and i only play in swift so i don’t find it useful to cheat on this elo
im anxious because Val is one of my way to feel better and to forget what’s happening at my house ( i’ve also put money on the game so im kind of annoy)
i’ve already open a ticket but im really really scared to loose my account and the friends i’ve met on the game…

All you have to do is wait for a reply in the ticket :OKAY:
In the best way possible, dont have high hopes, only a VERY small amount of 3rd party software ("cheat") bans are lifted~ however, good luck :SageLove:
Thanks…I hope it’s going to be ok bc i did not cheat at all so i don’t understand
you can never play again had a hardware ban 2 years ago and still have not been unbanned
Yeah but i didnt do anything
and don't try it they say vanguard has supposedly found something on your pc even though you reset the pc
i told on the ticket that i didnt do anything wrong, i send them that i have a logitech mouse with macro (i saw that it can make false positive result)
but i doesnt have a hardware ban
