Anyone know why?
So I was playing the game and when I left to join a new server I just got perm banned. I've already tried getting appealed but it got declined. I've put a report ticket and it's been about a week since I've put it out and no response yet so if anyone knows another way to get help please tell.

Black cat red eye usually means you've been banned on CW on another account, and your trying to avoid the ban by playing on a new account
If that’s happening to random people then that can be a huge issue
