when the recruiter asks when does your contract end with your current client what shall I say? shall I say I can stop anytime I want to it will end in a week or so?

I usually tell them I need to give 2 weeks notice. Sometimes I’ll tell them “end of the month” so they won’t worry that I’ll leave their engagement early if something better pops up.
