Help With Internal DNS Transfer
Hi. I have a domain in the cloudflare registrar and 2 cloudflare accounts. I need to transfer the domain from one user to the other. I read around and I understand that it should be done manually via a support request. I have managed to send a support request about it but I've not heard anything back for a week now (I can't see my support request status because I'm on a free tier). Am I missing something? Can someone point me in the right direction? If not can anyone confirm if this [email protected] is the support email for registrar issues?

@bogdan23a it seems like you haven't disabled DNSSEC, and the transfer can't be completed without disabling it
you will need to ensure DNSSEC is disabled in the dashboard under DNS > Settings

It's in the thnt.io. Is the request made for .uk? I cannot see the support thread yet 😕

I know where to add this information, however, I am not entirely sure what to write under the A/CNAME records...
