Help With Internal DNS Transfer

Hi. I have a domain in the cloudflare registrar and 2 cloudflare accounts. I need to transfer the domain from one user to the other. I read around and I understand that it should be done manually via a support request. I have managed to send a support request about it but I've not heard anything back for a week now (I can't see my support request status because I'm on a free tier). Am I missing something? Can someone point me in the right direction? If not can anyone confirm if this [email protected] is the support email for registrar issues?

Hey, we can't escalate Registrar issues in the community, but I can check the status for you if you send me the ticket number

@bogdan23a it seems like you haven't disabled DNSSEC, and the transfer can't be completed without disabling it you will need to ensure DNSSEC is disabled in the dashboard under DNS > Settings

Can anyone help me find how to do the following: (Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for www so that www.violetlobo.com will resolve. Add an A, AAAA, or CNAME record for your root domain so that violetlobo.com will resolve.) I know where to add this information, however, I am not entirely sure what to write under the A/CNAME records... new to this, sorry

No. My bad it's for thnt.io but I saw the other domain Then your domain is ready to be transferred. But the transfer is still pending Please create another post for this
