Yea answer looks C. You will get alcohol in all others.
The logic is R in RMgBr is nucleophilic and abstracts acidic hydrogen of the aniline, means NH2. The hydrogen here is acidic as it's bonded to an electronegative atom,N. So that's also why we use dry conditions when we use grignard reagent otherwise it would get deactivated by water. In all other options, a nucleophilic attack takes place giving alcohols as products.
