I have seen director schedules, I am not sure it would be worth it with the meeting load.

I agree about meeting load. I have seen some of my directors' workload, and they have like 10+ meetings per day. I couldn't imagine doing this OE.

I think it depends on the org. If cross-org meetings are minimal, a director should be able to set short meeting expectations for their reports
