Can't Log In
Hello all, I've recently changed both my computer (with my backup codes) and my phone where I no longer have access to my authentivator. I attempting to log into my account and I cannot authenticate although I'm putting in the correct username and password. I've created a ticket, added the appropriate meta tag on my website and I haven't received a response in over a few days. Can someone please help with this?

I am also in the same boat, I changed my authenticator and I thought I added it to my new autherticator but it didn't.
I read on their website that they will wait for 3 to 5 days to process it.

I submitted on monday and had got anything back yet.
I am not even sure if they are processing it. Since I can't actually login and cannot submit a ticket.
I was able to create a ticket. What I couldn't do was respond to the ticket because you have to log in to do so

I found a backup recover code on another computer. I'll have to wish you luck, hope your problems get resolved soon,
