is it possible to oe with the actual government as 1 j? i have 2 contracts with private orgs, 1 is CTH. but a gov entity has been hounding me for interviews. had 2 for 2 different teams in the past week with them

Yes. It’s definitely possible. Don’t do two federal jobs at once (They share a common HR database.) Also, there is a rare set of circumstances where OE for the government is a crime. Check with a lawyer to make sure that law doesn’t apply to your circumstances. Assuming it doesn’t, the government is just another employer.
