Can't see Speed section in the dashboard
I can’t disable Speed Brain feature because I don’t see this option in my dashboard. But it is applied to my pages.dev app and it does not work correctly. How can I disable it?

How can I disable it?Currently, if you only have the pages.dev and not a custom domain to a zone/website in Cloudflare, you don't. I saw your post on the community forums and it was forwarded to the team there already. It was entirely disabled on all pages.dev's for a bit but then reverted

oh my bad didn't realize that was an external domain, then yea you still can't disable
only way you can disable is if you custom domain to a website in Cloudflare and then disable the setting for that website. Sorry I realize my initial message was a bit vague

I don't think there's much you can do. Not even Pages _headers file can remove the header since it's added late

The CDN team has decided that Speed Brain should be on by default even as a beta feature, hence this issue. Unless the Pages Team adds a toggle inside of the pages configuration (which is probably unlikely considering Pages is basically in maintenance mode at this point and they want to eventually move everyone over to Workers), then your only hope is them making it not the default or manually turning it off for you. You could comment on the community forums thread you made about it being a bad thing to default on/how it's causing issues for you, and we'll make sure that gets forwarded to the team at least as feedback.

I did not know that Pages in the maintenance mode. I thought that workers are for running code and pages for hosting static app (JAMstack).
Workers support static assets now and Build CI/CD like Pages. The eventual convergence isn't anything to worry about though

Thanks, I will read it, And is it possible to use this feature without connecting the main domain to cloudflare? I would like to continue to use just subdomain as with pages.
Workers give you a workers.dev just like how pages gives you a pages.dev
Workers currently don't allow attaching custom external domains though, unlike Pages. A gap which I'm sure they'll address eventually before migrating people but a limitation for now
