Hi Team, we are facing this error message in our embed from time to time. Do we have a way to check what causes this? Idenity which request is failing or timing out?

Also, check the console for any error messages
This was reported by the user. We can't check their console or HAR. Is there any logs that we capture and can be seen from the admin page?
We definitely need some more info so we can check logs to see if its a backend error or frontend error. Can you ask your customer to provide some more info ?
