on the higher end mfpen, document, (maybe) fujito, shinya kozuka, yohji, margiela, jan jan, toogood, rick, isabel marant, album di famiglia, (maybe) MHL/margaret howell, bergfabel, sk manor hill, casey casey, (maybe) auralee, barena venezia, aidama, our legacy, ann demeulemeester (if you're small to start), (maybe) studio nicholson, prada, bottega - look at shops like namu shop, rennes, no man walks alone or look at ones who stock the above brands for similar stuff
ALL THAT SAID THO there are a billion billion secondhand shirts out there (i know you know) and just getting something bigger than your usual measurements like this 27" ptp a&f big shirt for $8.43+ship is a great start, ive found tons of cheap (vtg/secondhand) stuff from carhartt, brooks brothers, banana republic, chaps, prl, chap's, land's end and (less cheap but still cool stuff from) marithe+francois girbaud but i would trust a shirt nerd to tell you what's 'worth' buying from those

did you tailor these at all? my main hang up is sleeve length
Nah, the striped one has two buttons on the cuff so if I want the sleeves to stop at my hands I can just button tighter, the white one is just barely long so it doesn’t bother me unless I’m doing proper tailoring looks, I’ll add another button to those cuffs eventually too
