Getting this error with Cheater Detected screen

Every game my friend and I play, he ends up getting an error like this and the match gets terminated because of a cheater being detected. He also used to experience Van 1067 every few minutes in the game, but now its Van 185 or this one. It used to give a penalty that would increase every time but now it gives a pop up saying there's a penalty when there isn't. We've tried everything online- including resetting his PC and he's contacted Valorant support but they were no help.
