Unable to upgrade from free to pro
Hi, We have been trying to upgrade from a free version to Pro, everytime we get an error - We weren't able to change your plan at the moment, please try again later. There is no way to contact support from within the dashboard either.
Is anyone able to help?

There is no way to contact support from within the dashboard either.Anyone can submit billing or account tickets, this is probably more billing ?support
To contact Cloudflare Support about an issue, please visit the Support Portal and fill in the form on the portal. After submission, you will receive confirmation over email.
Some issues, such as Account or Billing related issues, cannot be solved by the community.
Any plan level (including Free plans) can open tickets for Account, Billing or Registrar ticket categories. Make sure to select the correct category to ensure it goes to the right place.

Unfortunately support just responded with a standard rubbish, we can't pay the bill online and still no appropriate answer from billing. here is their response Message:

Upgrade Your Plan
Log in to the Cloudflare dashboard.
Click the appropriate Cloudflare account.
In the top-right corner, select Billing from your account profile.
In the left-hand sidebar, click Subscriptions.
In the Subscriptions table, click Edit on the subscription requiring upgrade.
Choose your new plan type and follow the given instructions.
We have over half a million unique visitors to our sites and trying to upgrade, but stuck in this loop...
