Yes it needs to be enabled for vanguard to run. But the error you have is asking for tpm not secure boot

It looks like your system doesn’t support TPM 2.0.
So we need to disable vbs
Press the windows key and search for “cmd”
Right click Command Prompt
Click “Run as administrator”
You should be able to now; type in this new window
Enter:
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
Then restart your computer and try the game again
I mean, after all this is over, will the game work ok or will there still be problems?
