Significant issues when using a Wacom tablet in an NVIDIA hybrid laptop
My friend is currently using a Wacom tablet on an Nvidia hybrid system. He has been experiencing many unusual issues from the cursor icon going haywire to pen tap input not registering on Krita (both AppImage and Flatpak)
The logs have been confusing, stating that his 'system is too slow', despite the fact that it runs as expected on Linux Mint. He has OpenTabletDriver installed from the Bazzite Portal but we want to uninstall it (can anyone tell us as to how? It's not a system package?) as it may be causing conflicts with Wacom's kernel driver and libinput.
Suggestions and opinions are very much welcome, as this has stumped us for a good week now and it's incredibly frustrating.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3750H
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 Mobile
Tablet: Wacom Intuos S
Bazzite Variant: Bazzite for Nvidia
As of time of writing (7/10/2024), all packages are updated.

open box buddy and remove the opentabletdriver shortcut if it is exported.
then remove the container that opentabletdriver is installed in (unless it also has other applications you use in it, but unlikely, in that case just uninstall opentabletdriver from the container)...

Thanks, this fixed the issue. Was not aware that OpenTabletDriver was installed as a distrobox container.
