Can't access my account

I emailed you already but didn't get any reply. I can't access my account. It says email/password don't match. When I do forgot password, I don't receive any email from you. Please, help me to get access my account

You can use login-help one to submit a ticket without having access, and there's an option for not recieving emails

guys how do i solve this captcha problem where none of my browser in my pc are showing me captcha while i try to login into my account. can anyone please help me with this?
