how do you do this lineup. Ive done it before randomly in a match by throwing a random tripmine up in the air [trickshot] now i cant find the lineup

That's not really of any use besides in some edge cases, but look for youtube videos ig or just play around in a custom until you got it
What is that one way even for
I'd assume for people who are standing on the stairs
Which you'd use like, once in a blue moon
Especially when breeze isn't even in the comp map rotation
And cypher usually only does setups on sites on defense
