Planet zoo question for sandbox. I have a zoo where I have six animals per area. Today i noticed that I only had five in my china based area. I have room to expanded and add something new. The alternatives are wild boars or takins. There is also another thing. In the next pack it is announced to come with a Pallas cat, which is basically my favourite Chinese animal, but we don’t know when the pack comes out. So do I expand the area and add boars or takins? Or do I build the rest of my zoo, come back when I got the dlc and add the cat? Because the pack could be anytime from in a few weeks to around the anniversary, which is like early November I think. Also to add, my zoo specialises on smaller, not so hard to care for animals ( biggest so far is emus, biggest planned maybe zebras, haven’t decided on it or wildebeests ).

You could always just change what animal is in the enclosure like add wild boars or takins then when the pack comes out go back and change it to the Pallas cat that’s what I’d do at least
So I only have 4 animals left on my zoo I’ve been slaving away for months on. After I finish, I want to start a project honouring the wild life of my home country of Sweden. But then we got the dlc. When a new animal drops I want to use it. So what should I do? Should I make a mini zoo showing of the eight animals or should I make my Swedish zoo, then just feature them in the project after.
The DLC is coming the 15th btw, so not long to wait
I know. That’s 6 days and i work 2 animals per time I play. Meaning I’m finished before it is out.
do you have guest facilities areas? perhaps you could pad the time adding in some shops or restaurants, or maybe a transport option around your zoo if you do want to wait for the dlc animals
So, my areas are surrounded by 4x4m walls to try to emerge the quest in the area. Like my savanna is surrounded by clay walls, Amazon bamboo etcetera. So transports won’t do, I have plenty of shops allready to. But thanks for your help.
