AyaNeo Air 1S - No Audio out of Speakers. HDMI and 3.5mm are Fine
Hey all.
Posting here in the hopes someone can help me get audio out of my speakers. I kind of can't make heads or tales of the audio workarounds on the Wiki and I'm not sure how to get audio to play out of my speakers. I can hear it when headphones are connected or when docked so I'm sure this is an easy fix I'm just not catching onto.

Ayaneo air 1s requires proprietary sound firmware that Bazzite doesn't ship
You should have better luck with SteamFork, they decided to YOLO ship the firmware, even though Ayaneo explicitly forbade redistributing the firmware

Interesting. SteamFork does work but I accidentally nuked my Windows partition installing it. :mikhailov_facepalm: Thanks for letting me know though.
Now the fun part....figuring out how to reinstall windows but that's a me problem.
Oh yeah, dual booting SteamFork is a bit tricky. It actually requires you to install Linux first, basically the process should be very similar to an actual steam deck with SteamOS
I'll have to do some research before attempting it. Hopefully won't be too hard.
Man what a bummer. I much prefer the Bazzite over SteamFork. Bazzite gave me better experience over SteamFork, lower power consumption overall, more reliable sleep/resume and APU run cooler at the same setting.
