It has been 2 years since the unjust ban and the ban has still not been opened.
I am someone who has been playing Valorant since the open beta version and I play the game very often. I was banned from all my gaming accounts due to a virus that infected my computer, and after formatting the computer, I continued playing on another account. I am not banned at the moment, but my main account, into which I deposited so much money, has not been unbanned. I've been opening a support request for 2 years, but no one even answers properly. Why don't you unban the players you unfairly banned? We are trying to enjoy the game more by depositing money, but you denigrate our game delivery and even though we explain ourselves, you are still not even aware that you are unfairly banned. How many times do I have to explain myself to you, I ask, why should I feel the need to cheat on an account that I have deposited so much money into and that I enjoy playing with because I am innocent in order to get my ban lifted?
I am calling out to you authorities, please help me, I have been trying for two years, but you don't even notice my efforts...

players that were unfairly banned will be unbanned too
The ban of our famous friends who were unjustly banned was lifted, but ours was not. xD

This is my only hope, but when we open a support request, either the robot answers or empty messages are sent and no solution is offered.

If it was my fault, I wouldn't say anything, but it makes me extremely sad that the ban I received from a virus that was not my fault and only infected my computer was not opened and I cannot do anything. I open a support request but I don't get a response.
