i have i9 12th gen and rtx2060 super i tried things that says on google and i cant find solution

Since when did it start happening?
Also does ur whole pc freeze or u can still close the game and do other things
from beggining i didnt play game at all

but never actually play the game cuz its stuck

It will show some drivers
