I fell blessed thank god, but wfh and the easiness of the work for the last 4 years has made me lazy and kind of lacking motivation.

The way I see it motivation is a fleeting thing. You gotta have the discipline to do whatever it is you lack the motivation to do
The hardest thing is getting started but it’s easy once the habit forms

Agree with Omar. Discipline carries when motivation does not.
A good way to start building the discipline is understanding what you need to do. Make a list. Break it down as much as possible, to get it to simplicity as it allows. That way you know what you need to do for the day/week/month. Time block it to stay the course if that helps.
