I'm sure the udev rule is mostly benign, and I don't know what circumstances led to this situation where i have lots of "echo to sys fs" procs chewing CPU and refusing to return...
What bothers me is I don't HAVE a Linksys AE1200 USB Wifi dongle. so nothing with that USB ID should have been triggering the udev rule... I don't think I have ANY linksys USB device, for that matter.

i didn't give context here, but i sat down at my laptop this morning, and my fans were trying to lift the laptop off the desk, and the load was high enough that the system didn't want to respond in GUI, but vconsole saved the day for some minimal debugging

"It's all made possible by Fedora's Universal Blue project, which provides container-friendly, OSTree-based images of Fedora, more easily remixed for various uses. If a driver update or something dumb you do messes up your system, you can roll back to the previous system image, which is always retained on your system, or images from the last six months, kept active on Bazzite's site."

@Kyle Gospo might need some dedicated troubleshooting together.
as far as the rebranding.
Screenshots are something an Ars Technica writer needs more than someone simply enjoying a game, however, so this might never come up for some people.

I like the self-awareness of how their experience is affected by the context of why they're running Bazzite, it's a sign of a well-written review
The pixmaps are on the image.
but they seem to not be used.
