Advice on colours to layer over this outfit, and t-shirt colours in place of the shirt
Looking at a crew or 1/4 zip jumper to layer over for the winter, but not sure what colours I can go for.
Also looking for good t-shirt colours to dress-down this look with the dark green chinos and brown boots.

Charcoal grey or oatmeal jumper would pair nicely here, and you have even more options for t shirt colors. Almost anything that isn't a super saturated, bright color should work well so just rock your favorite shirt tbh
