Unless you are talking about the S2 server, which will just be for Modrinth and Prism

I mean, you could, if you imported from one of those two

Cus it's essentially just a collection of mods, so technically you could just move em all to a CurseForge instance.
But that's just extra unnecessary steps cus at that point you would already have it downloaded in another launcher, so why not just use that?

Again, if you imported it after downloading from one of the other launchers, yes
you are allowed to launch it from curseforge but it's counterproductive

if you have an instance already in the launcher, you can add it from there, or if you're downloading from the site, you gotta make sure you're downloading the matching version so it recognises it can go into that instance
so for example if the instance you have in the launcher is for 1.19, you make sure to download the 1.19 version on the site and then when the app opens it should recognise your instance
