Looks like Frye called their similar laced model either the "James" or the "Tyler", you could search for those, should be a similar last/shape
It depends how exact you want - I suspect finding a laced model where the vamp is stitched in a backwards sweep like that is gonna be tricky to find vs. the standard derby / blucher / oxford shape

basically the slim aesthetic, while also being lightly rugged
Something like the Solovair derby might fit the bill?
@tun🌻 it's definitely in the closer direction! something not quite rugged or sleek about them feeling though
