is editing the game files bannable? like setting the graphics to the bare minimum?

They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction.

yes its not allowed i heard, but riot wont take action
if you mean things such as editing GameUserSettings file
i mean like lowering the graphics more
