you have to hope a game dev sees this
so they can manually let you in, thats what happened to me

I'm having the same issue rn, but only with secure boot. in this screen it says it's off, but when I go into the bios it says it's enabled, but the status is disabled

win 10 is there and secure boot is enabled now but tpm2.0 isn't

did uefi after win10
got into bios then switched it
