VAN9003 Secure boot enabled but Vanguard still shuts down the game after about 1 minute

Hello, I've gone into BIOS and made sure that Secure boot is enabled, I've made Val run as administrator, and I've followed multiple YouTube videos but my game still shuts down for the VAN9003 error due to secure boot needing to be enabled. I'm not sure what else to do at this point.
