intel pc with nvidia gpu
Trying to get my head around this?
If I install bazzite on my pc with nvidia gpu but install the intel as my primary gpu
Is it going to use my nvidia card for games and intel for the os?

It should autoswitch to the dGPU for games out of the box but you can launch the game and run
nvidia-smi to confirm that the game is using the Nvidia dGPUif you mean the website picker, you should pick nvidia as primary
If this is a desktop with Intel arc and Nvidia and you plan to hide the Nvidia card from the system then choose Intel as primary GPU. If this is a laptop then always choose nvidia
