needs more info: what's your hardware situation? what are you using for audio output? how is it plugged into the speakers?
Well, I have hardware, an Intel processor with integrated graphics, an i3 model I think, the speakers connect to the back with a Jack cable
So, I've been trying and it seems more like a driver error, it can detect my front port with some difficulty in specific programs, I have to move the cable for it to recognize it, it's not a problem with the Jack input because I have dual boot and in Windows I don't have that problem, on the other hand the rear Jack inputs don't work or are recognized, I'll keep investigating.
can you show what devices you have to pick from in audio settings?
shure
It is in Spanish because it is my native language
By the way, another detail that I did not mention is that the audio works well with the sounds of the operating system, but when I enter browsers or applications the audio presents these problems
open up youtube and see if you get volume sliders for that in audio settings
yes, yes I have them
I mean for this. I can't tell what you're looking at there
and this is while playing audio via youtube?
yes but the volume in chrome is very low and is at maximum
upon further viewing, is this YouTube's volume control? turn this to max
your app volume settings appear to be maxed
"Volumen de salida" should be increased here too
Yes, the volume is at maximum and even then it is very low, plus it still does not recognize the rear jack input
