loading in late
Hi, my friend has an issue where every time he is loading into a match he loads in two to three rounds late and constantly gets increasing penalties for "abandoning the match" anyone know a fix for this? we have tried updated graphics drivers, reinstalling both riot and valorant and lowering all game settings

try installing valorant on an SSD if you can
or check if its installed on an HDD first i guess
it has been tried on both already unfortunately

Tell them to try just closing their browser or any other intensive program in the background

Normally when you're loading in late it could be your system being overloaded this could be your cpu your drive this could be your ssd or hdd or it could be your network

Has it always been like that?
all day he has only had discord open alongside it and he did just attempt without discord too
since march last year
i started playing again recently hence why he is trying to now fix it
hmmm maybe get windows on the ssd, itll prob make ur hdd faster
ssd can deal with it
its fast enough
get windows and valorant both on ssd
