Our Domain Plan is not upgrading even after bills are paid
Hello there!
We just upgraded our domain plan from Free to Business ($2400 year) and its not upgrading automatically. All the bills are successfully paid and its been longer than two business days.
I have opened a support ticket but its been a week, no response.
Since our account ([email protected]) still "Free", there is no access to the dashboard to follow up with the support ticket.
Please help!

All invoices are paid. Not a single response since we are still in the "free" plan.
@Chaika do you have any contact inside cloudfare that can help us with this? We expect a big launch in a few hours and I couldn't get any response from cloudfare yet
make a post on the community https://community.cloudflare.com/ (just easier since linked to your identity/acct/cf employees can respond directly and this discord is develpor platform focused), give link here and I can make sure it's put in the escalation queue. Idk about a response within hours tho
All plans get billing support it's just all messed right now and super slow
