HELP
Hey, by any chance is there a quick way to speak to a staff member. I submitted a ticket and they are yet to respond besides the automated AI after two days.

okay its a bit complicated. But my little brother recently made a purchase on my account while i was away for university placement. And i came bacl and wanted to buy a certain skin but am short by a little bit. He bought a knife that i had no clue about and i was just wondering if an exception could be made and i could receive a refund. I really want this 😦

nd if he already played with it it wont get refunded
yeah thats why i wanted to speak to an employee for an exception. Im not sure exactly when he bought it but it was at least a week ago, and he also purchased the additionaly styles so its not eligible for a refund
