what does error code van 135 mean and how do i fix it?

Every time I try to open valorant it gives me a connection error and says error code van 135. How do I fix this? Also I dont know if this is important but one of the times i tried to open valorant it gave me error code van -79 instead of 135, but every other time was 135.
