game freezes during startup and it freezes so bad that i have to force restart my pc
Nothing is wrong with my pc but with the game only if they focuc on fixing the game instead of stealing my data

yea i got similar issues
more specifically mine freezes mostly during startup into menu screen and if it miraculously loads through it freezes as i load into matches
outcome A of that just straight up sends me back to lobby (whether it be custom game, deathmatch, even the range)
outcome B of loading into a match: i get van -1, van-72 or van 136
and everything jidat said and every single process lasso video, every video in hindi has been useless
even went into game files to edit graphics quality and nothing
fresh alt account doesnt work too
and note this has been happening for nearly 2 years
and yea my dell laptop is nearly a decade old but anyhoo i was able to play valorant on it for more than half of the time prior to all these issues happening
if this laptop can run minecraft with shaders on 12 chunks at 24fps and up to 100fps fully optimized on a world with farms producing 100k+ item drops/hr i dont know how valorant cant just load

Then uncheck anything that is red or yellow
Except Vanguard and anything that fails to be unchecked
Restart your computer and then try the game again

This is to do with software that's interfering with Vanguard
I'd recommend doing a clean boot if you haven't already

When you do a clean boot make sure not to disable vanguard when you press the disable all button
So when you do press the Disable all make sure to manually re tick

A Riot Dev who works on Vanguard posted this on reddit a while ago
I used to have similar freezes but then I added a few files into the antivirus exception list
it fixed the issue for me

This freeze is just their whole pc freezing and them having to force restart
this was even related to vanguard not digitally signed correctly relative to windows
Hence the "exception list" fix
there isn't vsg anywhere
i don't even see valorant over here but i do see riot client
after these steps i still don't see valorant anywhere in firewall list
Tried opening valorant after these steps and nothing fixed
restarted pc and i see this but still don't see valorant
I don't encounter any error code it just straight crashes my pc
this is what adds in exception when i do this step
It started asking me for update again and again after crashing and restarting
click on both the boxes for Vanguard user mode services
you'll have to add it manually
