Yep

of whatever ur on rn
i js wanna see the options
are u able to click on secure boot?
Yep
okay click on it and send another pic

after it boots into windows
Yep
okay
and then once u have enabled it, send an ss
Stayed enabled
okay wait
disable it, secure boot enable
Done
can u boot the pc and get into BIOS again to see if CSM is disabled? if its not, it probably has osmething to do w ur BIOS version, you'll have to update it
Do you know how to update it?
not exactly sure, you'll need to check ur current BIOS version and see if any new versions have come up after that, and update it if needed, you'll be able to find the latest BIOS update on the gigabyte page i guess
just search it up on the internet
but does CSM stay enabled after u have done it again?
yep
it has
ah then u have to check ur BIOS version
ill have a look around for bios version
okay, then check for the latest version of the gigabyte BIOS, if its not the same you'll have to update it
and then try again
and if update required, after update, disable csm, enable secure boot and before u save and exit, check if the key management keys have them as factory
and then save and exit
Hello again I did all that and everything worked and I was happy then my monitor went black and it won’t turn on
does ur system turn on? but nothing is shown during boot?
also u disabled CSM, turned on secure boot and ensured the keys were on factory right?
Yeppo
My system does just not the monitor
okay then try running it on safe mode
to see if it would work
Shift + F8 or continuously press f8 when u turn on ur pc
if it doesnt work there might be a hardware issue
if thats not the case, try clearing ur CMOS, that shud put the BIOS back into default settings and u shud be able to do it again
this happened after u booted the pc for the second time after u enabled secure boot?
Yes
okay then try doing whatever i js mentioned
to see if it works
also check if any of ur physical components of ur pc have any issues or if they are not connected properly
I took out the battery which fixed the display issue
I’ll check to see if super boot is still enabled
It is still on so hopefully it works
All works now thanks for the help though guys
Much appreciated
Should be able to close this now
👍
are u able to open valorant and run it properly without the error code now??
