I have never. ever. used cheats, and now I am banned? Could someone help me figure out a way to know why I did get banned and if there is a way to fix it at all? Or at least get a refund for my skins? I was literally Bronze 3. I ain't no pro at Val or even hit my shots so idk why I got banned.

I literally do not have any files on my account that should like have anything that relate to that

I can see that you got permanently suspended from your account. Rest assured, I'll try my best to explain you the scenario here!
Upon investigating your account, I can confirm that the account was suspended because our Anti-Cheat Team has detected the usage of prohibited third-party tools (known as "scripts" or "hacks") linked to your account. We take unauthorized third party tool usage very seriously as it not only ruins the competitive experience of the game, but also spoils the gaming experience for all the players. That is why the suspension is deemed as correct.
Please keep in mind that when scripting is detected, the system will not only ban the account, it will also ban the hardware. The HWID/Hardware ban is 120 days long and you would be able to play VALORANT on your PC after this time has passed. However, please do not login to any other account during the HWID ban as it may get them banned as well. After the 120 days have passed, only your device will be unlocked, but your account remains banned.
I hope I was able to provide some clarity around the situation here and that you can understand our position, given the circumstances.

Like what scripts or hacks? I dont got anything on my pc that should have anything like that
maybe an old rom file for a wii game or ps2 game
but other than that

if u dont have MFA enabled and ur passwords were part of a databreach
then thats why ur acc got banned cuz some cheater raged on it and got it banned
just go make a ticket with the support team proving that it wasnt you if thats the story
