I had the same issue, I just uninstalled riot vanguard from the bottom right of my screen, reinstalled Valorant

Bottom right corner the popup, right click riot vanguard click uninstall
after that u dont hit the issue anymore?
Drag riot client and Valorant to the recycle bin and force reinstall Valorant
