403 Forbidden Error

Recently transferred website from Wordpress to Cloudflare. my website works fine on desktop but is giving me a 403 Forbidden error (see screenshot) on mobile browsers. I'm not an expert. Any suggestions on what the issue might be? I think it's the transfer from Hostinger/Wordpress to Cloudflare that's caused the problem. Appreciate any ideas/suggestions.

Cloudflare is my hosting provider. Pretty sure the problem is that DNSSEC was not disabled before adding the domain to Cloudflare. Any idea how to fix this? Cloudflare support is not helping

If DNSSEC was the issue your website wouldn't be able to show that error page at all, it just wouldn't resolve/you'd get various nxdomain/site not found errors. Additionally it's unlikely Cloudflare is your hosting provider. Cloudflare doesn't host php/wordpress/etc, they merely sit in front of your normal host and provide caching/speed/security in most use cases. What's the website url?
