Open Settings
Select System
Select Power & battery
Choose High Performance from the power modes
yea
i used it
and it was still like that
ok good to know
now do this for me
i used awcc high performance
1. Open the "C:\Windows" folder and find a file named "memory.dmp" (it's usually 1-2GB).
2. Copy "memory.dmp" to your desktop.
3. Optionally, compress it into a ZIP file to make it smaller and faster to upload.
4. Upload the file to a cloud storage service like Google Drive or whatever service you prefer.
not sure if diff from batteru
i dont see memory dmp
yea nah
i dont see it
then how did u get a bluescreen

ok
lets do this
type
system properties
go here
start up and recovery
click settings
show me this
page
oh
ok
@ItsGamerDoc
ok
change that small memory dump
to automatic
ok done
press ok
restart pc
done
play val
get me bsod
check file location where the dump should be
it doesnt show nothing
really just shows a bluescreen
with no error code
yes cuz u need to generate the dump for me
how to generate
thats what we are doing rn
basically play until bluescreen?
by changing the setting
and then after it auto restarts
yea just restart PC first
there should be a bsod
then start val
yes correct
ok

i js retsrated
im in match rn
ill see when i crash
2 rounds in so far no crash
4 rounds in no crash
no bluescreen

im bouta crash out
how to send
helppp
@ItsGamerDoc
do u have a dump?
1. Open the "C:\Windows" folder and find a file named "memory.dmp" (it's usually 1-2GB).
2. Copy "memory.dmp" to your desktop.
3. Optionally, compress it into a ZIP file to make it smaller and faster to upload.
4. Upload the file to a cloud storage service like Google Drive or whatever service you prefer.
mannn
didnt show
it didnt hit a blue screen this time
it just restarted
wym just restarted?
it just like lagged
like idk how to explain
it made a noise
through my headphones
then it must be some power supply issue
it was like brbrbrbrbrrr
then it restarted
normally it has a bluescreen
u got faulty hardware
how to check
im pretty sure it was a bluescreen i didnt see it tho
cus i got up to crash out
if it was bsod
u would get a dump
yea but i retsrtaed like 4 times
if it turns off and restarts then it sounds like a faulty hardware and ur system is protecting it from further damages
oh bruh
is it cus i macro like 16 hours a day
i dont know what your talking about
wait lemme try again
until i get bluescreen
rem
just enable HVCI
see if that helps
type in core isolation
and enable that
from the sound of it really sounds like a faulty hardware issue if u get no BSOD there is genuinly not much i can do to help
oh
wait but
it says
it will be vulnerable to malicious
i said enable it
not disable it rofl
hi sir it i have the same problem but every time i type core isolation it says my computer doesnt support that?
no way someone unironically says ROFL still
ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL
u need bios virtualization enabled
google it
i enabled it sir
nothing changed it still says HVCI enabled
now enable core isolation

120 messages can someone give me a simple run down on what to do?
what i did was uninstall vanguard and downloaded it again
then went and restarted my pc
and that worked
but before all that u need to enable ur virtualization
google it
just so you know making your laptop run at gaming mode or high performance makes it a mini sun version
yo
its happeneing again
i found the memory dump folder this time
