File transfer on filezilla is very very slow
I've installed speedtest-cli and while having a 5gbps up and down link on the Pod, when I upload files it's very slow and extremely inconsistent going from 25mbps all the way down to 100kbps. My internet connection is 1Gbps up and down.

Are you using Secure Cloud or Community Cloud?

I suggest opening a ticket with RunPod if you have not already done so. What region are are you using? RunPod recently reported network issues in US-OR-1.
I've enabled user authentication instead of using my ssh key and it's now working.
btw it can be limited by your upload speed
